Massive chocolate anniversary cake and 10 years ago I made their wedding cake. Congratulations you guys!

Just updating my website with some of the lovely feedback I get from clients when I came across this cake from last year -

This 12" square chocolate orange cake was perfectly suited to having chocolate orange gerbera as decoration, together with white, marbled and plain chocolate cigarillos round the sides. It made the whole cake room smell chocolatey.

I had a text from the customer:

Hi Melanie. Thank you so much for making such a great cake. Everybody loved it.

This 60th birthday cake is the same size and shape as the one in my post below, also with pink roses, but how different in feel. Instead of a simple classic design this cake says chocolate indulgence. For a small birthday gathering.

This was the birthday cake I made for my daughter's 14th birthday today. She and her friends were thrilled with it. There are kitkat fingers and white chocolate cigarillos round the sides with a ribbon and bow and an awful lot of maltesers.

The chocolate wrap wedding cake with roses and fans is my best selling wedding cake. They look so spectacular at a wedding venue, and smell so scrummy too. This was a 3 colour purple rose version with white chocolate fans and wraps. This was for a wedding reception in Chelmsford in September.

The brief for this chocolate cake in the Summer was: 'simple, elegant in black and white'.

The client was pleased:

This rather modern looking wedding cake was for a wedding at Crondon Park Golf Club a couple of weeks ago. The outside is white chocolate strips and inside was a choice of lemon cake or chocolate orange. The venue looked lovely with a very vintage feel.

I also took a picture of the cake before I put the roses on because I rather liked the way the strips met at the top to form a peak.
